Your body is already in a pear shape, and you won’t get loose skin if you just stick to interval cardiovascular activities. Also, treadmills are quite bad for your ankles and knees.

      Hello, I’m totally happy with your workouts because they seem easy to do and effective. I have a 12 weeks old baby and I went up to almost 200 lbs mostly in my thighs, hips and buttocks and now I’m about 155 lbs but have baggy skin.

      Do you think by working out everyday I can tone up and the skin will tighten or it’s over for me?

    The treadmill will work your lower body and tone your butt, legs and hips. Try to work up to 3.0 or 3.5 mph and do at least 30 min 4-5 times a week more is good too! You should watch your calorie intake and if you want to tone your upper body as well, use hand weights while you are walking. In a month or so, you should see results.

    I’m in the same exact position you are girl! Lol. I am slender but I have cellulites on the back and sides of my thighs and it sucks!

    The best thing you can do is watch your fast food intake because that stuff is greasy and no good for your body. (I love fast food though haha) and you can try working out a few times a week. Nothing too drastic, but just try working out your upper legs and thighs.

    Running might also help tone up your legs!To be honest, I don’t think you can permanently get rid of cellulite unless you’re rich and can get those cellulite removing things done like Kim Kardashian. Which I wish I could afford! lol. But good luck, hope i helped.
