How To Have A Slim Belly

Almost everybody dream of having a flat and slim belly just like the flat TV screen. You can have such a sexy belly with a decent amount of dedication to achieve it.

Of course to get the result you want, you have to reduce your daily intake of calories. Food is an integral part in reducing the fat as much as the contribution of the exercise is.

First and foremost thing is to identify the amount of fat content in the food you consume daily. Understand your body first. You can then plan  the actions that you take according to your lifestyle and body condition.

Food Consumption

As you know, too much of oil and fat consumption makes one flabby and fat. Most of the fat is stored in the belly and thigh area. To reduce the fat, you will have to eat moderately. Oil free food is the best option, but one can include essentials fats in moderation such as healthy fish fat and Omega 3 fatty acid.

There are number of diet methods to lose weight, but most of the time it is difficult to follow due to many practical and ethical reasons. Few tips which can be followed easily and which ensure weight loss are : -

1. Proper bowel movement is essential, so ensure you have lots of roughage in your diet. If you have constipation problems have a banana every night or sweet lime for smooth bowels.

2. Drink a glass of honey lemon water first thing in the morning. This mixture helps in burning fat. There are no side effects because this is a natural mixture. This mixture improves your skin texture too.

3. Avoid mixing sugar in your tea or coffee. Not even artificial sweetener as artificial sweetener is known to retain fat.

Have a healthy breakfast consisting of proteins, vitamins and minerals. Never skip breakfast as it will slow down your metabolism.

4. Have lots and lots of fresh vegetables without any salad dressing. Have raw cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, cabbage and likes with your meals.

5. Eat less white rice and white bread and have more of vegetables or grilled fish or chicken.

6. Whenever you feel hungry, eat fruits like an apple, banana or orange.

7. Avoid junk foods completely.

8. Stock your shelves with healthy snack items and throw away all oily snacks and refined processed foods.

Control over your food consumption will help in flattening your belly in the long run and make it slim permanently.  

Physical Exercise

Now for some physical activities to reduce the belly fat -

a) Walk briskly where ever you go, always sit upright and  tuck your belly in. Sleep on your stomach whenever possible.

b) Early morning or evening or both the times,  go for a long brisk walks.

c) Another excellent option for exercise is to keep all your kitchen utilities in the bottom racks so that you bend each time to pick some utensils and at the same time keep some on the top most shelves so that you are able to stretch to get them. These daily activities of bending and stretching will move your entire body and help you to burn more calories.

d) Skipping is a very good exercise for fat burning. If you do not have any problems around the joints then skipping is one of the best option to burn fat.

e) If you have joint pains then exercise on a stationary bike as there is no impact on your joints. Swimming is also great impact free exercise.

d) If possible join belly dance class. It is excellent for your recreation and serves as a good exercise regime at the same time.

You can certainly get rid of your belly fat for god with a good with a good combination of diet and exercise.
